Enrollment is limited and subject to availability.
Payment
Otto Hollaus Snowsports Academy offers payment plans available through this website at registration. Payment can be made via electronic check or debit/credit card. Cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. If you need a special arrangement, please contact us by email or phone. We can almost always come to some acceptable arrangement.
Family Discount
Families enrolling more than two students this season are entitled to a 10% rebate on lesson fees only starting with the third family member.
Registration Deadline & Late Fees
No late fees will be charged, but it is helpful to us to register as early as possible for the purposes of constructing teams and organizing staff.
Otto Development and Adult Program registrations may be extended from six weeks to nine weeks. We want to encourage our athletes to ski and snowboard as much as they are able and are willing to work with you on making that work. Fees will be prorated based on the number of weeks extended and if bussing is needed or not.
Cancellations & Refunds
For cancellations made by December 1, 2023, the program fee will be refunded less a $50.00 cancellation fee per student. Refunds are credited forwarded by check. A 15-day waiting period is required for refunds to accounts paid by check. Please contact us with any questions.
Weather-Related Cancellations
Should the Otto Hollaus Snowsports Acedemy cancel a program day due to inclement weather, programs may be extended for one additional week. We encourage students to make up the lost lesson by attending both Saturday and Sunday on a weekend with better weather. For those in the six week programs, we ask that students come for an extra week at no charge. Refunds are not provided for weather-related cancellations.
The Otto Hollaus Snowsports Academy cannot guarantee makeup lessons. Our goal in organizing program classes is to create a positive learning environment with continuity in instructor/student relationships. Absences and makeup lessons present a challenge for students and staff in meeting that goal. If a student misses a lesson, we encourage them to make up the lost lesson by attending both Saturday and Sunday on another weekend. For those in the 6 week programs, we ask that students come for an extra week at no charge. Refunds are not available for program day absences.
